Recipient Responsibilities

All Recipients and their contractors must be Safe Certified unless an exemption has been given on very specific projects. As a result of this policy the "Clarification of Recipient Responsibilities for Silviculture Workers under WorkSafe BC Legislation" has be repealled and replace with each Recipient's Safe Company Program.
